Was not aware that I had to make a reservation to eat in the hotel restaurant. I travelled from Braunschweig (2hrs 30mins) only to find that I couldn't have a hot meal when I got there. If you do not do this you are limited in your options

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location in a vast forest was perfect for someone like me who enjoys walking and jogging in nature. The quiet area made it even more relaxing. The service was exceptional, with room service, laundry, and dry cleaning available. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room amenities were great, including a mini-bar, sitting area, and a flat-screen TV. The terrace with garden furniture was a lovely spot to unwind after a long day. this place offered the perfect combination of comfort and tranquility.

The location was great as it was near a forest area for walks and offers a calm atmosphere. The rooms were visually pleasing in a minimalist style, and the hotel had free WIFI which was very useful.

The staff gave a vibe of not being welcoming, especially if you don't look like a conference attendee or golfer. The service was lacking in quality and the staff didn't seem to want to help.

I had a superb stay here! The woodland location was a peaceful escape from the city, yet it was still a short distance from the town. I was impressed with the excellent hotel facilities, including the spacious modern rooms, comfortable beds and trendy bathroom amenities. Additionally, the staff were very supportive and friendly, ensuring that I had an enjoyable experience.
